We can take a debtor through a bankruptcy case under any chapter, and we can represent a creditor to maximize a recovery under any bankruptcy chapter.  We can help a debtor work with its creditors to avoid bankruptcy.  Attorney Ruttenberg represents bankruptcy trustees, as well as defendants in actions brought by bankruptcy trustees.  We can litigate dischargeability proceedings on behalf of a creditor or a debtor, or any other type of adversary proceeding.
